Guided tours to discover the flora and fauna are organised by the Maison de l'Estuaire during the summer. This is the best option, otherwise the visit to the reserve is very uninteresting.

In fact the visit in the middle of the reserve is quite short, you can't go very far. Think of boots during the bad season.

The path is blocked by these ‘magnificent’ observation posts that obstruct the passage. You'll have to make do with looking at the reserve through ruts.
