Walk in the arboretum of Chèvreloup

The arboretum of Chèvreloup is a park where many species of trees grow, it is located next to the Château de Versailles.

L'arboretum de Chèvreloup is a park where you can find a very large number of different tree species. In this very big park you are not bothered by the crowd because the park is paying which cools down a lot the ardors (4 euros). It is not free on the first Sunday of the month. All the walk is signposted, several more or less long routes are proposed from 1h to 2h30. You can picnic but there are not many tables in the shade. Bicycles are allowed, but not animals. If you want to learn or if you are passionate about trees you will love the arboretum of Chèvreloup. When the trees are dressed in their autumn colors, the site becomes even more beautiful.
