The Nose of Jobourg

An intoxicating and invigorating walk over the sea in Normandy.

The Nez de Jobourg is a rocky promontory that juts out into the sea above the cliffs. It is located not far from the Cap de la Hague in Normandy. A very nice walk along the sea in a preserved environment.

From the parking lot you only have to walk 200 meters to admire the cliffs, there is even an inn.

You can follow the path along the cliffs, it is the GR 223 which allows you to go through all this part of Normandy.

Other viewpoint on the Nose of Jobourg

There are caves at the bottom of the cliffs, but unfortunately the path is not easily accessible and you have to be accompanied. Visits to the caves are only possible under the supervision of an association for a few months of the year so as not to disturb the birds.
