A walk in the footsteps of the Impressionists. Bougival - Rueil-Malmaison

A pleasant walk on footpaths. We start by going along the banks of the Seine and then we reach the Jonchère forest.

The hike starts from the RER A station in Rueil-Malmaison. At the exit of the station take the direction of Rueil 2000. Go to the river Seine and then cross the bridge of Chatou. You can make a detour by the Maison Fournaise. You can't miss it, there is also another restaurant just next to it. Then you just have to go along the Seine to get to Bougival. Once in Bougival you can go up to the heights to walk in a small wooded park, the entrance is not easy to find.

The start of the walk along the Seine is without doubt the most interesting part.
