Walk in the Auteuil racecourse of the Bois de Boulogne

An secret and very pleasant walk to discover the Auteuil racecourse from the inside.

A park has been created inside the Auteuil racecourse, you can't get any closer to the track. Please note that the park is closed on race days. Check the race schedule before you go to see if there are any races scheduled. You can visit this site to find out the opening hours. Access to the Bois de Boulogne is not easy, there is no metro station nearby, you will have to walk a bit. The closest metro station to the entrance is "Ranelagh" and then head towards "l’allée des fortifications". This walk is not very well known but it's definitely worth it, the park is new and very well laid out, don't hesitate to discover the Auteuil racecourse park!

The entrance to the park

There are not many entrances around the park, this one is located near the "Ranelagh" metro station. Many people have to pass through without realizing that they can enter. Then you have to go through a small gloomy tunnel to cross the tracks and enter the racecourse.

The tracks

Auteuil is a racecourse reserved for show jumping. You can see the different hurdles that make up the obstacles. You can't be closer to the track, the access to the public is of course forbidden.
