Les Batignolles

A short walk to discover the Batignolles district in Paris

The Batignolles district is located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. It is undergoing a major transformation, the old SNCF tracks have been replaced by numerous residential buildings with very contemporary architecture. This very peaceful area, which used to look like a small village, is being transformed very quickly. You can see it by walking in the square of Batignolles and then continuing to the new Martin-Luther-King park. The Batignolles district is not part of the historical Paris that tourists visit, but it is still worth a visit.
