A walk along the beautiful wild coast to get to Le Croisic

The customs path starts in Le Pouliguen, passes through Batz-sur-Mer and then goes around the peninsula of Le Croisic. The customs officers used it to watch the coast. Along the way there are some beaches but what makes the place so exceptional are the numerous rocks that cut the coastline. As the hike is very long, it is better to stop along the wild coast to walk a little and then take the car. The road goes along the "chemin des douaniers". The arrival is in Le Croisic.

Start of the walk — You can start the walk in Batz-sur-Mer on the parking of the Grand Blockhaus. The coastal path is located just behind.

Le Grand Blockhaus — The entrance is paying (7,5 euros). The Grand Blockhaus allows to have a panoramic view of the coast. The pocket of Saint-Nazaire was one of the last liberated regions of France (May 11, 1945).
