Discovery of the city of Douarnenez

The city of Douarnenez is located in Finistère in Brittany.

This route is called "Le chemin de la sardine", there are markers all over the city center with a map and explanations detailing the history of sardine fishing in Douarnenez - Information on the route. If the landscape along the ocean is very beautiful, it is not the same for some buildings of the city center which deserve a small renovation. Enjoy your visit!
