Discovery of the isthmus of Penthièvre

The isthmus of Penthièvre is located near Quiberon in Brittany

The isthmus of Penthièvre is a small strip of land and sand that connects the peninsula of Quiberon with the mainland. Without this isthmus, Quiberon would become an island. The visit does not take long. There are beaches where you can swim. The site is interesting but has nothing exceptional. To be seen if you are in the area or if you go to Quiberon.

We often complain about the SNCF abandoning the small unprofitable stops and well this is not the case here apparently. At least you don't have to push to get into the car.
