Access to the permanent collections of some Parisian museums is totally free. Why deprive yourself of the visit?

There are some museums in Paris where access is totally free all year long. They are not the most famous museums but they are really worth the detour, the museum of Fine Arts at the Petit Palais is certainly one of the most beautiful museums in Paris. Located just in front of the Bois de Vincennes, the Palais de la Porte Dorée, an art deco masterpiece, is worth a visit. The Palais also contains the immigration museum and a tropical aquarium (?). The immigration museum is free on the first Sunday of the month.
