A beautiful walk along the coast in Pornichet

The departure of the hike is located in downtown Pornichet, then simply follow the coastal path in the opposite direction to La Baule. Nothing difficult, the path is very well maintained but it is forbidden to mountain bikes. You can also join Saint-Nazaire by continuing on the same way. For the return it is better to turn back because the walk in the bocage and the city does not have much interest. A very beautiful walk with magnificent views on the coast and the ocean.

Practical information

Downtown Pornichet

The departure is located at the level of downtown Pornichet. You will not have too many problems to park except on market days (Wednesday and Saturday). It is preferable to make the walk on Saturday morning to enjoy the animation of the city.

The return

When you arrive at the Pointe de Chemoulin, several alternatives are available to you either to continue towards Saint-Nazaire, you will have to walk several more kilometers, or to choose to return to Pornichet by the interior of the land but it is not a very good idea because the walk crosses the bocage but also pavilion zones. Finally the best option remains the return by the same way.
