A walk in the Parc de Sceaux, certainly the most beautiful park designed by André Le Nôtre in the Paris region.
In this park designed by André Le Nôtre we find all the great classics of the French gardens of the Grand Siècle: the canal, the rectilinear parterres, the immense perspectives. Often these parks are not very interesting to visit because they are too difficult for a simple walk. Here the park is immense but still remains on a human scale: you are not overwhelmed by the perspective as in Versailles or Saint-Cloud. The entrance to the park is free. It is easily accessible by the RER B (Sceaux park), you still have to walk 10 - 15 minutes to reach the park from the station. Not to be missed if you are in the area. The official website
